Located in the heart of one of America's best small coastal towns, Sea Sea Riders serves some of the freshest and tastiest seafood on the Gulf Coast.
This soul appreciates fine food, which Sea Sea’s strives to provide. Our Chef employs local ingredients while combining Caribbean spices and fresh Florida seasonings to create a new Florida cuisine. The culinary emphasis is seafood but includes steak and chicken for variety. Sylvia explains that the mantra behind the menu is to “bring the flavors of the Caribbean and Florida together.” The goal is to marry the two geographic personalities by uniting the spirit of Florida’s past with the tastes of Florida’s present. The entrée Mahi Key West that swims in key lime tequila cilantro butter with mango habanero chili relish pampers the palate.
Along with seafood, pasta dishes are popular. A house favorite is Sea Sea’s gulf shrimp splashed with white wine, garlic and olive oil, then sprinkled with pesto, feta cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes served over linguini.
The daily specials consistently attract attention. The regulars, who have remained numerous over the years, look forward to these changing specials. They welcome new entrees in anticipation of enjoying another masterpiece from their favorite restaurant.
A famed special now a regular on the menu is the Vanilla Rum Glazed Grouper. Grouper char-grilled and crusted with a macadamia nut brittle flecked with spiced pineapple and washed with red curry coconut cream flowing onto wild rice.
